Working principle:
In situ freeze-drying machine is a vacuum freeze-drying equipment used in pilot scale. Its technical principle is mainly based on the change of three states of water. In the vacuum environment, by freezing the material at low temperature, the water in it is transformed from liquid to solid (ice), and then heating under vacuum conditions, so that the ice is sublimed directly to water vapor, so as to achieve the purpose of removing water in the material.
Specifically, the work flow of the pilot freeze-drying machine includes three stages: pre-freezing, sublimation drying and analytical drying. In the pre-freezing stage, the material is rapidly frozen at a low temperature to ensure that water exists in the form of ice crystals; In the sublimation drying stage, under the conditions of vacuum and heating, the ice crystal is directly sublimed into water vapor, which is captured by the condenser and discharged from the system. In the drying stage, the material is further heated to remove the residual bound water and improve the drying effect.
Characteristics:
1.High drying efficiency
2. Good drying quality
3. Easy to operate
4. Low noise, high power, long life, stable function
Applicable scene:
1. Food preservation: freeze-drying technology can remove water in food, inhibit the growth and reproduction of microorganisms, thereby extending the shelf life of food.
2. Chemical raw materials: Through freeze-drying technology, moisture and volatile substances in raw materials can be removed to improve the purity and stability of raw materials.
