Principle and characteristic
Atmospheric stainless steel electric heating reaction kettle has the characteristics of rapid heating, high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, health, no environmental pollution, electric heating stainless steel reaction kettle, no boiler automatic heating, easy to use, cheap and so on. Widely used in chemical, pharmaceutical, food and other industries, the material is 304 stainless steel.
The construction principle and characteristics of the reaction kettle: the reaction kettle is composed of a pot body, a pot cover, a stirrer, a jacket, a supporting and driving device, and a shaft seal device, etc. The material and the opening can be made according to the technological requirements of the user. Heating forms include electric heating, oil heating, gas heating, water heating (or cooling), open flame heating and so on. Jacket form is divided into: jacket type and outer half tube type, jacket oil heating type are provided with a diversion device. Mixing forms are generally paddle type, anchor type, frame type, screw type, scraping type and so on. High speed category has scattered impeller type, turbine type, high shear type, propeller type, for customers to choose according to the process. Transmission form of ordinary motor, explosion-proof motor, electromagnetic speed regulating motor, frequency converter, reducer cycloidal needle wheel type, worm gear type, planet stepless transmission type. The shaft seal consists of ordinary water cooling packing seal, combined PTFE packing seal and mechanical seal. The discharging form has ball valve, lower expansion valve.
Scope of application
Stainless steel reaction kettle is widely used in chemical industry, food, coatings, hot melt adhesive, silicone, paint, medicine, petrochemical production of reaction, evaporation, synthesis, polymerization, saponification, sulfonation, chlorination, nitrification and other process pressure vessels, such as reactor, reaction kettle, decomposition pot, polymerization kettle. The reaction pot is mainly composed of four parts: inner tank, jacket, stirring device and supporting seat (can be used with insulation structure according to the process needs).

3, stainless steel reaction kettle surface treatment
The inner surface adopts mirror polishing to ensure that there is no sanitary dead Angle. The fully closed design ensures that the material is always in a sterile state. The outer surface can be sandblasted, frosted, cold rolled primary color matte treatment.
Heating and cooling: optional heating method steam, electric heating, heat conduction oil, in order to meet the acid resistance, alkali resistance, high temperature resistance, abrasion resistance, corrosion resistance and other different working environment process needs.
